At Sowears, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your outfit doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Ensure the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached before placing it back in its original packaging.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Send the package back to our fulfillment center using a trackable courier service and share the tracking details with our team.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Processing

  Once we receive and inspect the items, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit/refund within 7-10 business days.
